The National Toll Payment Services Plc announces unavailability of the entire HU-GO electronic toll system from 11 PM on June 6, 2015 to 4 AM on June 7, 2015 (from Saturday night to Sunday morning) due to planned maintenance.
Please be advised that, during the period specified above, you will be not able to purchase route tickets or top up your balance. Therefore, we ask you to purchase road use authorization in advance if possible through the www.hu-go.hu website, at one of our customer service offices, or from our resellers. Tolled vehicles must have a valid road use authorization even for the period of the maintenance. It is the responsibility of the persons subject to toll payment to obtain authorization in time.
If you perform your toll declaration obligation via a toll declaration operator, using an on-board unit, and you have an appropriate balance, no further actions are needed on your part, since the toll declaration can still be performed, and the toll for road use during the unavailability of the system can be deducted from the balance (subsequently, following the maintenance).
