National Toll Payment Services Plc. will move its customer service point from the resting area at kilometre section 59 of motorway M7 to a building located at Berényi út 13., Székesfehérvár. The change is motivated by the intention of providing higher-level customer service as well as ensuring smooth and balanced operation in the long run. Based on the experience of NTPS Plc., the overwhelming majority of the customers using he service point located by the motorway travelled there from Székesfehérvár to get the services they needed.
The Székesfehérvár customer service point is one of the busiest in the region: with three administrators, it serves more than 11,000 customers per year. (NTPS Plc. has one more customer service point in the county, which is located in Dunaújváros.) The services offered at this customer service point include the sale of e-vignettes, administrative services concerning fines, the correction of incorrect registration numbers and the transfer of registration numbers, as well as route ticket planning, balance top-up and the processing of a wide range of requests.
In terms of the amount of annual e-vignettes sold, Fejér County ranks second among all the counties of Hungary. In the first half of 2019, nearly 210,000 regional vignettes were sold for Fejér County (including the vignettes sold in advance, in December), which is 10.3% (approximately 20,000 vignettes) higher than that of the same period in 2018. The best selling vignette combination (110,000) was the one valid for Pest and Fejér Counties. Vignettes valid for Fejér County only were sold for 14,000 registration numbers.
